OFFENSIVE T-SHIRT

A fairly direct title. Everyone loves t-shirts, but sometimes they go over the line with what they say. There was this shirt that said "I wish my grass was emo so it would cut itself." What reason does anyone have to ridicule insecure people? Who did they ever hurt but themselves? Depression is no laughing matter and neither are the problems that arise from it.

Miyazaki Movies

Miyazaki makes movies for everyone. There's My Neighbor Totoro , and Kiki's Delivery Service for younger kids and Spirited Away, Castle In the Sky, and Pricess Mononoke for older kids and adults. My Neighbor Totoro was really cute. It's all really detailed too. You see the grass move under the horses feet in Princess Mononoke.

My Manga

Most people who've never read a Manga think they're trashy, but they're not. thanks to Fruits Basket I would know how to greet and adress people if I went to Japan. I also like DNAngel and I want to start Bizenghast. I also just read the first book of Life. I'm actually picking up a little Japanese. Example: "Hajemashite?," "Fine thank you." I know how to inquire as to one's well being , but I wouldn't know how to reply if someone asked me. I'll find out though. After one more year of junior high I'll be in a highschool that offers Japanese 1-4.

Preserve the Past

Ya know, Lizzard Lady is right. The leather pants need to be saved. Iwas watching a Van Halen music video the other day and I realized what she was talking about. the next generation needs to be awae of the leather pants era, but I that's where we part paths of thoughts. The next generation needs to be warned! How did people walk in those? It must have been really hot and sticky, too.

Just Watched Jeff Foxworthy

He was really funny, But Larry the Cable Guy is just obscene. Most of his jokess involved either racial predjudice, sex, or excrement. And I'm gonna strangle someone the next time I hear "Git 'er done!" How many times in a conersation can the same three wordds be used? It's infuriating.
